As a R&D project manager you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects. You work closely with various departments at various MiCROTEC locations and lead strategic development projects. You ensure effective communication and organize the completion of projects within the defined goals, timeline and budget.

Your tasks

• Managing projects in all phases: definition, planning, execution, control and completion
• Organizing project tasks and defining priorities for international projects
• Supervising and organizing different teams throughout the project lifespan
• Development, introduction, and improvement of customized project management processes and guidelines at a corporate level
• Facilitating cooperation, communication and productivity within the team and the company

Your profile

• Experience leading multiple cross-site innovation projects of complex technical devices and systems for different facilities
• Technical background or several years of technical work experience in the industry
• Precise and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented approach while facing complex issues
• Strong hands-on mentality, implementation strength and conflict management
• Language skills: German or Italian excellent, English fluent
• Willingness to travel for business, both domestically and internationally (60%)
• Driving license B
