YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and consolidate stakeholder requirements into a comprehensive system requirements document for charging infrastructure products
• Incorporate relevant standards and regulations into the system requirements to ensure compliance with industry norms and best practices
• Serve as the primary reference for requirements and standards in charging infrastructure projects within the R&D team
• Provide support and guidance for feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with system requirements
• Assist in defining test cases and planning of the validation processes to ensure compliance with system requirements
• Regularly review and update requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the system architecture and project goals
• Maintain and manage project requirements within the corporate requirements management tool

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field of study
• Proven experience in requirements engineering, including working with standards and normative guidelines
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and their integration into system requirements
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with excellent analytical thinking skills
• A strong passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in EV charging technology
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, paired with strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
