YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure continuous operation of essential IT functions encompassing operating systems, security tools, applications and servers
- Install, configure and support workstation software, hardware, printers and phones
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Support and train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support when needed
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their potential impact and relevance to organizational needs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A Bachelor‘s Degree in computer science or IT High School diploma, relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous professional experience in IT in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian
