YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Handle technical customer enquiries as an interface with the research & development department
- Conduct regular customer calls to coordinate technical content and clarify technical issues
- Provide technical advice to customers and project managers
- Coordinate with customers for further development of various products
- Manage of RFI (Request for Information) and the technical part of tenders
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in a technical or economic-technical field, preferably in electrical engineering or electronics
- Previous professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the field of e-mobility
- Experience in B2B customer contact
- Ability to translate R&D responses into valuable customer documents
- Familiarity with international standards language and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
