YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and consolidate stakeholder requirements into a comprehensive system requirements document for charging infrastructure products
- Incorporate relevant standards and regulations into the system requirements to ensure compliance with industry norms and best practices
- Serve as the primary reference for requirements and standards in charging infrastructure projects within the R&D team
- Provide support and guidance for feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with system requirements
- Assist in defining test cases and planning of the validation processes to ensure compliance with system requirements
- Regularly review and update requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the system architecture and project goals
- Maintain and manage project requirements within the corporate requirements management tool

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the high level product architecture for EV chargers covering functions and subsystems, ensuring alignment with system requirements, mission profiles, and technical constraints
- Apply MBSE methodologies to design, decompose and document key system properties within a centralized model
- Conduct feasibility studies to validate design decisions against system requirements
- Collaborate in iterative product architecture optimization using modeling, simulation, and performance feedback integration
- Support validation planning and assess results to ensure system compliance and functionality
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in key components and emerging technologies relevant to the field

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consolidate normative and stakeholder requirements for charging cables and cooling units into the System Requirements Documents
- Document the integration of the charging cables into the overall System Architecture and be the reference person within R&D for all related questions
- Lead and monitor the qualification process of charging cables for existing and new products from prototype testing to introduction in the serial production
- Create models and lead the implementation for the functions related to the operation of the charging cables and cooling units
- Keep track of the latest technical developments and advances for charging cables and cooling units
- Lead the communication and exchange towards the suppliers of the subsystems (charging cables and cooling units)
- Be the contact person within the company for all high level questions on charging cables and cooling units (especially for R&D, quality dept and production)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an ownership of applicable norms and safety standards for all products & equipment developed by R&D
- Establish processes & methodologies to monitor and ensure the relevant compliance with applicable regulations
- Perform risk related analysis and monitor/drive the implementation of mitigating actions as per the defined action plan
- Draft and update all risk & compliance related technical documentation and declarations of conformity
- Carry out compliance analysis for new markets entrz and follow discussions with local authorities
- Work with corporate requirements management tools, promoting suggestions and improvements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address the project needs and implement the EMC concept, supported by preliminary calculations and best practices
- Verify the EMC concept implementation through internal coordination with other R&D departments and design reviews
- Analyse the EMC standard to define EMC requirements at project level (system or sub-system)
- Perform preliminary calculation of the EMC behaviour with simple circuital model using Ansys Circuit Designer
- Design the EMI filters (for HV and LV), including component selection/schematic
- Perform and coordinate the debug phase activities
- Verify the correct execution of the EMC validation (setup and results) assisting the test phases
- Prepare EMC related project documentation (e.g. debug test report, compliance matrix coverage)
- Improve the design according to requirements and costs
- Follow and support the change request processes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D department
- Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction
- Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs
- Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D and across departments
- Define & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different players
- Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination, execution, and control of tasks assigned to external service providers in the service area on an international level
- Monitoring compliance with KPIs and SLAs at service providers to ensure service delivery
- Process controlling, analysis, and adaptation of processes to optimize supplier management
- Regular review of service quality standards, invoice verification, and reporting
- Operational support for service providers in their daily business execution
- Onboarding of service partners and ensuring the availability of relevant skills and qualifications within the partner network

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the system architect of DC chargers’ diagnostic functions and utilities, both embedded and remote
- Define and validate the safe operation modes correspondent to possible diagnosed faults and issues
- Provide relevant requirements to SW department for the diagnostic functions & utilities implementation
- Monitor and improve the performance of the developed diagnostic tools on the chargers in the field
- Provide training and guidance on how to use the diagnostic tools in cross-functional teams
- Provide support and guidelines for diagnosing and resolving functional issues in a timely manner

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

- Handle technical customer enquiries as an interface with the research & development department
- Conduct regular customer calls to coordinate technical content and clarify technical issues
- Provide technical advice to customers and project managers
- Coordinate with customers for further development of various products
- Manage of RFI (Request for Information) and the technical part of tenders
