- Preparation of statistics, reports and evaluations for the customer care department
- Administration, control and registration of sales data, offers, orders and purchase orders
- Redaction of texts, offers and orders as well as preparation of documentation for the customer care department
- Collaboration for data maintenance and data quality related to sales documentation, customer data stewardship, reference lists for MiCROTEC
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of the digitisation process in the customer care department

- Organization and implementation of customer trainings regarding the functionalities and use of our MiCROTEC Solutions
- Commissioning and calibration of scanners and other equipments
- General customer support (online or on-site) with production set-up and rule settings to meet customer needs
- Quality control during production to monitor scanner performance
- Statistical analyses based on simulated offline productions and the preparation of reports
- Collaboration with other teams in various activities, i.e. Development of new detection systems or improvement of measuring systems

- Design, adaptation and validation of our software meeting customer-specific requirements
- Customization and commissioning of our scanning optimization solutions in the production line directly on the field
- Development and implementation of software for new machine functions such as computer vision and UX/UI design
- Collaboration in all Project phases: start, testing, delivery, commissioning and optimization of the software
- Cooperation with our Customer Support and Sales department in the definition of specific software requirements
- Preparation of software documentation
