Your talents
- Successfully completed a kitchen training or are still in training
- Professional experience in the kitchen area in the upscale hotel and gastronomy sector desirable
- Quick comprehension
- Clean and organised way of working
- Knowledge of merchandise management and control
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Creativity and flexibility
- Opportunities for promotion and further training
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and/or English
Your duties
- Collaboration with the Chef de Partie for the daily Mise en Place
- Ensuring a smooth production and output process
