    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Design, develop and implement large-scale projects for cloud-based systems
    • Planning, definition of requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance of the software development lifecycle for AWS solutions
    • Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure troubleshoot incidents and application deployment issues and implement preventative measures
    • Provide guidance on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, through appropriate training
    • Modernise and consolidate IT infrastructure and implement the best cloud-based solutions for the company, to ensure continued impact on growth
    • Customise AWS applications to make the business more secure and efficient
    • Monitoring the migration process of the new applications to the cloud so that it is seamless and in line with the organisation's operations
    • Definition and documentation of the best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
    • Ensure application and cloud environment performance, maintaining high standards and complying with company security policies

    Das sind deine Aufgaben: 
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer 360-Grad Content Strategie die sowohl den Markenaufbau unterstützt als auch konversionsorientierte Verkaufsziele adressiert, immer unter Berücksichtigung eines Omni Channels Content-Ansatzes inkl. Real-Time-Contents und voice-optimierter Inhalte für high frequency digital channels.  
       
    • Führung und Aufbau eines interdisziplinären Teams, das sämtliche Content-Kanäle und -Formate abdeckt, darunter Text, Bild, Video und Audio unter Entwicklung innovativer, zielgruppenorientierter Inhalte, die sowohl informativ als auch konversionsfördernd (Bookings, Sales, Requests, Leads, Traffic, etc.) sind.
       
    • Produktion von Long-Form- als auch von Snack-Contents für die Owned Media Channels (Südtirol Marketplace Ökosystem (Suedtirol.info, Suedtirol Guide App, CRM + Social Media Channels wie Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) mit dem Ziel harter und softer Conversions in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Markets & Media sowie Digital
       
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Distribution von Content über alle Owned Channels und Social-Media-Plattformen, um Reichweite und Engagement zu maximieren.
       
    • Digital Content Management für Owned Channels aus den Bereichen Tourismus und Business Development (BtoB) sowie von Dritten (Agrar/ Konsortienseiten): Supervision redaktionelle Inhalte für die unterschiedlichen Portale von Südtirol inkl. der Social Media Auftritte Südtirols;
       
    • Kampagnen: Sicherstellung der Landingpages für Partner-Kampagnen aus den Bereichen Innovation, Tourismus und Agrar;
       
    • Analyse und Optimierung von KPIs (z.B. Engagement-Raten, Click-Through-Raten, Conversion-Raten) zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Content-Strategien und unter Zuhilfenahme von KI-basierten Tools
       
    • Weiterentwicklung des erarbeiteten Content Governance Models inklusive Quality Management für Content von Drittparteien (TIC-Web & Open Data Hub)
       
    • Personalführung und Prozessmanagement im Sinne einer agilen Organisation
       
    • Ansprechperson für strategische Content-Fragen für die Stakeholder sowie Management Board der IDM
