Your talents

  • Completed kitchen training
  • At least one year of professional experience in the kitchen area in the upscale hotel and catering industry
  • Experience in several positions in the kitchen an advantage
  • Responsible work scheduling
  • Clean and organised way of working
  • Organisational talent
  • Basic knowledge of staff management
  • Knowledge of merchandise management and control
  • Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good product knowledge
  • Positive attitude and motivation
  • Good knowledge of German and/or Italian and English

Your duties

  • Substituting for the Chef de Partie in his absence with the utmost care
  • Smooth running during the service
  • Adherence to the quality and hygiene standards set by the company and the head chef
  • Adherence to the no-waste principle
  • Monitoring of stock and incoming goods
  • Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
