Emerging Markets Finance Specialist (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Collaboration in the supervision and governance of the subsidiaries abroad in all financial and administrative matters
• Support local Head of Finance in financial and administrative activities
• Monitor the performance of the business units and collaborate in the preparation of business cases
• Ensure consistent, high quality monthly and annual reporting in coordination with the local finance teams and external consultants
• Implementation of group standards of finance processes
• Support and collaboration in M&A projects (pre- and post-signing as well as Business Planning and Integration)
• Execution of regular internal audits in the respective subsidiaries

Your profile:

• University degree in Economics, Management or equivalent educational qualification
• Professional experience in Accounting and Finance
• Goal- and result-oriented approach, analytical thinking as well as high level of assertiveness and readiness to make decisions and act
• Quick grasp and hands-on mentality
• Communicative, open and empathetic manner
• Open to travel
• Fluency in English, knowledge of German or Italian is an asset
