Full Stack Developer (Open to Learning & Career Changers)

Role Description:

We’re inviting a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our YoY ESG Cloud team.  This role is ideal for both seasoned developers and those transitioning into the tech field. You'll play a crucial part in a platform that significantly impacts global environmental and social performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Engage in front-end (React/JavaScript) and back-end (JavaScript) development for the YoY 
• ESG Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with a global team to develop and enhance platform features.
• Manage and scale our MongoDB database.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Uphold code quality and contribute to an environment of innovation.

Qualifications:

•  Interest in full stack development; experience in React, JavaScript, and MongoDB is a plus.
• Open to both experienced developers and lateral entrants.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (not mandatory, but advantageous).
