Your responsibilities:

• Act as an internal consultant and sparring partner to the management team, with a focus on Marketing and the Medical Nutrition Business Unit (supporting our CMO and Director of Medical Nutrition)
• Develop and present internal and external reports, including standard monthly reports and ad hoc deviation analyses
• Provide financial support and guidance to the Marketing teams and Core project team during Business Case preparation
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Controlling processes
• Coordinate the planning and forecasting processes with a focus on Global Cost Management, including assisting Global Functions Managers with budget management and cost analysis
• Collaborate on improvement and automation projects; gather and develop proposals to enhance Controlling processes and tools 

Your profile:

• Degree in economics or business administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in controlling required
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work across different departments as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives
• Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
