As Internal Sales Specialist, you will work in the Pre-Sales department to develop and implement challenging projects, aiming at improving the sales process and feasibility.
Your tasks
- Preparation of calculations and retrospective calculations
- Preparation of offer and order texts in cooperation with the our technical and sales department
- Order processing
- Maintenance and update of the customer database (CRM)
- Identification of considerable cost factors in cooperation with the technical departments
- Technical/commercial support in the phases of the sales process
- Documentation of technical specifications for the sales department
- Collection and verification of requirements and needs expressed by clients to influence the company strategic development process
- Definition and structuring of the technical-commercial specification of products
- Continued support and cooperation with technical departments for the definition of estimates and technical specifications
Your profile
- Technical background, a master degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar is considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of English, being a German native speaker and knowing Italian are considered a plus
- Structured and autonomous way of working with a special attention to client needs
- Ability to understand industrial processes to create feasible projects during the sales phase
- Ability to identify and analyze technical and economic aspects, with a focus on the industrial processes and the definition of projects feasibility
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Availability to travel occasionally worldwide for meetings with customers or trade fairs, if necessary
- Driving license B
