Your tasks
- Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures in case of emergencies
- Adherence to policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and building management systems
- Knowledge of current hotel services
- Room service
- Assist with health and safety inspections
- Night rounds
- Cleaning duties during the night
- Check-in and check-out during night service hours
- Provide assistance and support to guests as needed
- Collaborate with the front office
