We are looking for an organizational talent with excellent language skills to develop and manage our Public Tours offer for visitors.
We entrust this to you:
- Management and organization of guided tours: Coordinating requests, developing customized programs, and conducting tours in German, Italian, and English.
- Coordination and collaboration with stakeholders: Aligning tour programs with partner organizations in the NOI Techpark.
- Improving the visitor experience: Continuously evaluating the customer journey and implementing optimizations.
- Developing new offers: Designing and implementing innovative tour formats to increase attractiveness.
- Management and reporting: Planning, registering visitors, collecting feedback, and preparing reports.
You have what it takes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (guided tours, customer service, event management) preferred
- experience in project management and handling various visitor groups
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- enjoy working in a team and service-oriented
- excellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English
