YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and consolidate stakeholder requirements into a comprehensive system requirements document for charging infrastructure products
- Incorporate relevant standards and regulations into the system requirements to ensure compliance with industry norms and best practices
- Serve as the primary reference for requirements and standards in charging infrastructure projects within the R&D team
- Provide support and guidance for feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with system requirements
- Assist in defining test cases and planning of the validation processes to ensure compliance with system requirements
- Regularly review and update requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the system architecture and project goals
- Maintain and manage project requirements within the corporate requirements management tool
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field of study
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, including working with standards and normative guidelines
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and their integration into system requirements
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with excellent analytical thinking skills
- A strong passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in EV charging technology
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, paired with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
