YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects according to scope, schedule and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise its features to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

- Driving and structuring the "Lean First" initiative and ensuring its seamless implementation across the organization
- Develop and deliver training programs to equip our teams with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, empowering them to identify and eliminate waste and drive process improvement
- Identify and assess opportunities for service improvement across various functions, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Drive the implementation of Service IT tools projects from the process and functional side, ensuring that IT solutions align with process optimization goals
- Take charge of leading Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Transactional Process Improvement (TPI), Visual Management (VM), 6S, and Change Management projects to enhance operational efficiency

- Amazon Client Management: Collaborate with the Amazon team to manage relationships and daily operations with Amazon
- Listing and Product Page Optimization: Work with the internal team to ensure that product pages on Amazon are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized to maximize visibility and conversions
- Promotion and Campaign Planning: Work with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns on Amazon to increase sales and brand awareness
- Inventory and Shipping Management: Monitor and coordinate stock with the internal Sales Operation Team, shipments, and product availability at Amazon warehouses to avoid sales interruptions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Amazon team, responding to client requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Problem Resolution: Handle together with the Sales Team any issues or disputes with Amazon effectively, seeking solutions that are beneficial to both parties

- Product Marketing:
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning for Wild Country's climbing gear and equipment
- Develop marketing materials, including workbooks, lookbooks, and digital assets
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits
- Social Media Management & Athletes Management:
- Oversee Wild Country's social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Develop innovative strategies to grow our social media following and increase brand awareness
- Manage relationships with sponsored athletes and ambassadors
- Collaborate with athletes to create engaging content and storytelling opportunities
- Communication & PR:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press relations.
- Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
- Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- International Business Support:
- Support online business initiatives, including e-commerce marketing and digital advertising.
- Work closely with the international sales teams to develop trade marketing activities and support materials for international wholesale partners.
- Collaborate with our retail partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and promotions.
