As a back office employee, you will support our After sales team in various organizational activities and general assistance tasks.
Your tasks
- Preparation of statistics, reports and evaluations for the customer care department
- Administration, control and registration of sales data, offers, orders and purchase orders
- Redaction of texts, offers and orders as well as preparation of documentation for the customer care department
- Collaboration for data maintenance and data quality related to sales documentation, customer data stewardship, reference lists for MiCROTEC
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of the digitisation process in the customer care department
Your profile
- Secondary school diploma in business or similar fields
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Organisational skills as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
- Knowledge of German and English, the knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Good command of all common MS Office applications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics tools desirable
