To strengthen our young and motivated team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time baker (f/m/d).
Your talents
- Completed training as a baker
- You have several years of professional experience and are motivated to develop and produce your own bread creations
- You are used to working with the best products and know how to use them correctly
- You are used to working independently, have a talent for organization and are able to work under pressure
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a good sense of taste and are very reliable
- You see the baking profession as a traditional craft and have a sound knowledge of working with sourdough or lievito madre etc.
- Clean and well-groomed appearance and good interaction with colleagues
- Good knowledge of German and Italian
Your tasks
- Management of the in-house bakery
- You have the opportunity to develop your own breads
- You will be responsible for the production of all bread products in our bakery. You will also produce yeast and puff pastry products
- Your own working hours. Work during the day possible
- Compliance with the specified hygiene and quality standards
