In order to strengthen our HR Administration team, we are looking for an Employee in our HR Administration team, with a focus on the preparation of payroll.

Your Tasks

• Monthly collection of information for the external payroll provider and reporting activities
• Management of the internal time tracking tool
• Management of the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit procedures (registration and termination of contracts, creation of certificates, declarations etc.) 
• Maintenance of personnel data and efficient management of employee inquiries
• Interface with offices and authorities

Your Profile

• High school diploma or similar qualifications
• Prior experience in personnel administration or payroll
• A precise, structured and independent way of working with a high degree of discretion
• Good knowledge of German and Italian, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in all common MS Office applications
