Global HR Business Partner Operations (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the strategic HR agenda for the operation function, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the CPO, COO and Senior Management team of the Operations function, providing HR expertise and insights to support decision-making
• Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and agility of the function
• Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations and foster a positive culture
• Conduct qualitative workforce planning to ensure the function has the right talent in place to achieve its goals
• Oversee functional talent management processes, including High-Potential (HIPO) development, succession planning, and talent pipelining
• Lead the recruitment efforts for leadership and key positions within the function, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent
• Manage strategic HR projects from conception to execution, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience 

Your profile:

• Degree in HR, economics or production related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR or Production leadership roles, preferably in a global manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and change management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and on a global level
• Open to travel
• Fluent in English and German or Italian
