Your duties
- Check in and Check out
- Processing of reservations and inquiries
- Correspondence of emails and guest messages
- Complaint management
- Advice our guests by telephone, e-mail and in a personal conversation on site
- Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
- Taking care of the FORESTIS Shop
