The Customer Operations Coordinator has the responsibility for his team members/employees and is in charge to work closely with his team and to be the point of reference for all related issues.
The Customer Operations department takes care of clients from the order through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service-both personally and together with his/her team. The team checks orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status until final delivery. Being the main “day to day” contact for customers, the figure is responsible to manage retailers’ requests, involving for resolution the correct people into the organization. Furthermore, as part of the Sales organization, he/she is responsible for developing and increasing sales activities at every opportunity that arises.
