To strengthen our young and motivated team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time Room Service Supervisor (f/m/d) with immediate effect.
Your talents
- Passion for hospitality and the desire to offer guests an unforgettable experience
- Experience in the upscale hospitality industry, especially in room service, is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Clean and organized way of working and friendly appearance
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (other language skills an advantage, German preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and manage time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Your tasks
- Professionally answer guest calls for room service orders
- Accurate recording of orders, including allergies and special requests
- Efficient and safe removal of food and beverages from the kitchen and bar
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Fulfilling additional guest requests during room service
- Issuing the invoice to be charged to the guest room
- Returning and collecting the room service trolleys
- Cleaning and disinfecting your own trolley and workstation
- Perfect knowledge of the hotel's menus and services
